Every 60 pound BIG BAGS USA® system consists of 5 strong reinforced bags, capable of holding 4400 pounds each. Each system is hand built out of high quality materials, which enables rapid deployment in bulk quantity with minimal man power. Filling the BIG BAGS USA® Systems


Once the systems are deployed, there are a variety of ways to fill the bags. Using a front end loader, you can fill 2-3 bags at once. For a fast deployment along roadways, one man can guide a chute from a cement mixer, filling each bag with a sand solution in only 2 minutes. For more difficult areas, a concrete conveyor truck can hit distances over 400 feet, filling the bags in less than 45 seconds. Every system is stackable. A proper pyramid configuration is capable of being stacked to any desired height. Each filled system can be lifted with a spreader bar and crane.
