Last month, FEMA released its 2018-2022 Strategic Plan . This plan seeks to unify and further professionalize emergency management across the country, helping build a stronger agency and a more resilient nation. The agency needs to work in coordination with is partners and stakeholders to ensure that response and recovery is federally coordinated, state managed and locally executed.
